The wheels of the owner, for the dirt layer and the wheel surface event. The component that reads them finds the host itself: its explicit host when that implements this interface, else UCFHostRegistry::FindHost. Without a host there are no wheels.

PURE

Collects every wheel of this frame, for the dirt layer and the wheel surface event: on the ground or not (FCFWheelContact::bGrounded). A wheel keeps its WheelIndex from frame to frame. A wheel in the air has its Point and PhysicalMaterial left unread. A host that reports only the wheels on the ground stays correct (bGrounded is true by default), but then no wheel is ever seen to leave the ground. The default has none, and the body never gets dirty.
